amoeba

Amoeba is an ongoing series of coffee tables that takes its inspiration from polypores. The intention with this series is that each unit is unique, inspired by the characteristics of the wood, its surroundings, and simply by what feels right. Much like the adaptable ways of the wood mushroom, its development is as though it is organically forming to its environment.

 
This series in a great example of a project that can be custom designed using the Heidle Method, however is not limited to.
